The Light You Shine

 I sat at work, staring at the sky after the rain, when a rainbow appeared. It wasn’t just the rainbow it was the sky, the sun setting, the beauty of the world. I fell in love with what I saw. As the full moon rose, the power of love showed me that the universe is one being. As I acknowledged it, it acknowledged me. I felt love, and the words came. I knew I was loved, for the universe shined a light so bright it demanded to be shared.


Oh, Universe, how beautiful you are.

You shine a light so bright, you brighten the day
 because you’re one with the sun.
 And at night, you glow just as fiercely,
 lighting up the sky like the star you are.

The beauty you share is like no other,
 a beauty that cannot be defined.
 You bring life to the world,
 because you are life within.

Oh, what a pure soul you are,
 expressing love quietly,
 sometimes appearing like a rainbow.
 And though they search for your ends,
 they can never be found,
 for the treasure you hold
 cannot be circled or contained.

It is a beautiful surprise to witness,
 to feel your light shine.
 Oh, luminous sky, I love your glow.
 They say life is beautiful,
 but I say you are too.
 For you are life, and life is everything we need.

With you all around, I know we shall succeed.
 And in the end of time,
 when we move on to another life,
 Oh Universe, our love shall continue to shine
 through your many elements,
 blessing the world with all the bliss you share,
 letting them know that true love can be found,
 and that through love, happiness is expressed.

From you, wisdom comes,
 and wisdom is strength,
 so, your soul is nourished with a seed that grows,
 bringing joy.

Mother Nature Teaches All and Feeds All

N othing in this world  can offer me the love that Mother Nature offers. For Mother Nature is the mother of all, the mother of my mother, and the mother of me. Mother Nature taught my mother love, and into me, love was poured. Into my children that love shall be expressed, for love is everywhere just as nature is everywhere  because nature is love. Nature teaches how to love genuinely, expressing a feeling no one can explain, no one can destroy. And when they think they’ve destroyed it, love continues to grow in other places, blazing higher and higher, offering gratitude, offering protection, making people know that through all things, they can overcome.
